Professor Aize Obayan, Director, African Leadership Development Centre, Covenant University providing leadership, strategic directions and along with the team, manages the African Leadership Development Centre as driven by the visionary, Dr. David Oyedepo; Chancellor, Covenant University. She is a seasoned academic, speaker award-winning University administrator and Professor of Counselling, specializing in Multicultural issues in Counselling. She has served as the second (2nd) substantive Vice- Chancellor in both Covenant and Landmark Universities. She is involved in development, teaching and research in the area of New Leadership Paradigms for Africa (NLPA), working to sustain contextually relevant conversations pertinent to empowering leadership praxis in Africa.


Miss Eniola Olawale serves as the Executive Assistant to the Director, ALDC providing administrative support to the Centre and the Director, managing, schedules, projects and programmes development for the Centre. She is a Covenant University graduate of Psychology and has undergone and completed the Total Man Concept (TMC), Certificate in Leadership Development (CLD) and Towards a Total Graduate (TTG) Programmes of Covenant University.

Miss Adenike Adeku serves as Programme Officer (Internal Programmes) ALDC where she develops, manages and attends to issues of programme development, follow-up and evaluation of ALDC’s Internal Programmes to the University’s context: Total Man Concept (TMC), Diploma in Leadership Development (DLD), Certificate in Leadership Development (CLD)- Internal, Towards a Total Graduate (TTG), students’ leadership practice sessions and special programmes run for the Management, Faculty and Staff of the University. Her core skill is database management for all the internal programmes. She is a Covenant University graduate of Banking and Finance and has undergone and completed the Total Man Concept (TMC), and Towards a Total Graduate (TTG) Programmes of Covenant University.

 

 

 

 


Mrs. Iruka Omenye serves as Programme Officer (External Programmes), ALDC where she develops, manages and attends to issues of programme development, follow-up and evaluation of ALDC’s Programmes to the external context. She is a Covenant University graduate of Microbiology and has undergone and completed the Total Man Concept (TMC), and Towards a Total Graduate (TTG) Programmes of Covenant University.


Mr. Akinwaleola Afonja serves as the Program Officer (Research and Media), ALDC where he reviews and follow up on issues of leadership, literature, news and global events referencing leadership, drawing up inferences and flagging the ALDC position in line with the Vision and Mission postulates. He is a Covenant University graduate of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and has undergone and completed the Total Man Concept (TMC), and Towards a Total Graduate (TTG) Programmes of Covenant University.
