The Research and Media Unit, working closely with the External Programmes unit of the African Leadership Development Centre, in strategically executing the vision of ALDC, often embarks on interviews, lunchtime conversations and leadership discussions, drawing up inferences and lines of thought, from which vital leadership lessons, relevant to the African context and the world at large, can be drawn.
