The African Leadership Development Centre (ALDC), Covenant University, is pleased to announce the flag-off of her One-Day Leadership Development Programmes.
The Next Generation Leaders Series have been specially designed for Young Emerging Leaders and Millennials who want to take on leadership roles, Prospective Tertiary Institution Freshers and Undergraduates with the aim of developing their leadership competencies as they prepare to take on leadership roles in the future as next generation leaders. It is billed to run as indicated in the attached flier with relevant dates specified.
ALDC leverages on a number of different training methodologies that will enable attendees benefit from the robust and empowering experiences of leadership development facilitators. Attendees will have sessions facilitated in an ambience that is empowering, positively challenging and inspiring, thereby promoting a situated learning and practice based experience. Facilitators for the various courses are pulled from the internal as well as the external context of Covenant University, based on proven expertise and practitioner-based experience; they are renowned persons in their fields, with impressive pedigree and track record.

Mr. Abraham Owoseni
He is an in-demand and itinerant public speaker on topical issues around career mindsets, employability, purposefulness, leadership development, academic prowess and the generality of other life skills. A faculty of the Department of Architecture in Covenant University, he is a recipient of a number of awards through Life Skills Based Education (LSBE) such as the "Alumni Hero Award for Outstanding Leadership", "National Honours Award of Outstanding Contribution" among others. He has been featured on CoreTvNews, AIT NewsHour, Pulse Ng, Vanguard Newspaper, WiG radio, Inspiration FM 92.3, Hebron FM amongst others.
